Our network of public rapid charge points (50 kW and above) achieves an average availability of at least 99 % over a 12-month period, in compliance with the Public Charge Point Regulations 2023. This reliability figure excludes periods when charge points are deliberately out of service; for maintenance and / or upgrades. We report our reliability metrics annually to the Secretary of State in accordance with PCPR requirements.
